The Solution

Big Blue AI developed an automated Machine Learning credit scoring framework designed to streamline vehicle acquisition, integrated alongside advanced computer vision and natural language processing models:

  • Automated Credit Scoring Model: Implemented a machine learning model to verify customer creditworthiness rapidly before finalizing leasing agreements.
  • OCR Extraction Model: Automated the extraction and digital processing of customer onboarding documents to eliminate manual data entry.
  • Car Similarity Matching: Integrated an NLP-driven vehicle matching tool to accurately pair customer preferences with available fleet options.
  • Website User Engagement: Built a tracking mechanism for website user engagement to optimize conversion funnels and predict user intent.
